Hi, my name is Kathryn, the Director behind Online MarketSpace.
My background is website designer, marketing guru and business mentor. This began with a vision of creating a platform for small Aussie businesses to be able to display and sell their products within Australia. From Aussies for Aussies. I have built a little team around me to help bring this dream alive and most importantly, support you in your journey.
I have been in this industry long enough to see for most small businesses starting out, their very own website is just not affordable. However having that online presence is more important that ever right now.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR STORE
As a registered vendor you will be allocated your own dashboard which will allow you to sync products from your Shopify Store, Wordpress Store, Prestasop Store, Magento Store or alternatively you can upload your products manually or using a csv file.
Your dashboard will allow you to upload and edit your products, to adjust your inventory, view past and present orders, view your shop sales overview and much much more.
If you do not have your own website you will now have a link to your collection and use this in your socials.
For those of you that do have a website, we will supply a back link for you in out meet the vendors page.
Shipping will be set up separately from our end, creating a shipping rule to match your shipping.
Our customers are aware that they are shopping from multiple vendors and that shipping is calculated to cover all vendors within that purchase.
You can design your own look with your page banner or we can have our design team create one for you.
We offer the opportunity to give your customer promotional discount codes to use when you are running special offers.
No sneaky fees
The only difference you will see in your payouts to you will be any fees taken through payment of PayPal, Afterpay or credit card.
Unfortunately these fees are out of our control and inevitable for pretty much any seller on any platform.
To give you a little idea on fees that may affect your total selling (Afterpay payments - 6% plus 30 cents and then plus GST on that 6% and 30 cents, PayPal payments - 2.6% + $0.30, Shopify payments (credit card) - 1.75% + 30¢)
We payout once a week (every Tuesday) into your PayPal account.
